The opening for air around the Neo CN nozzle is very narrow. There is a picture on this page. It puts out just a breath of air. If the nozzle has any flare at all it will restrict it even further. You might want to have a look at yours with a magnifier.
I would contact Iwata. They say they will stand behind the Neo, and I've found that to be true.

I think this is what you want. The Iwata airbrushes have 1/8 inch connections. The Badger threads are proprietary.

Hi Lenny,
The trigger pin passes through a little rubber O-ring. You can see a picture of it on this page. Notice it has some lubricant on it. If you get lacquer thinner on it, it will swell and jam. The same goes for the tiny O-ring below it.
